Did you know that we have in our midst a growing number of men, women, and children, whose asylum applications were rejected and who, because they cannot be returned, are stranded in Malta with very limited rights and at risk of exploitation and abuse?

Malta has become their home – they are now part of our community in fact, though not in law. What we are asking is that their legal status reflects this reality.
